I prigionieri che si rifiutano di rispondere non possono essere minacciati, insultati o esposti a qualsiasi tipo di trattamento umiliante o degradante. L’articolo 3a, invece, stabilisce quanto segue: “L’omicidio, la mutilazione e la tortura sono crimini against humanity.
