" Although Turkey has signed the Convention, it violates the front of the whole world.
The turkish army has insulted and mutilated the bodies of Kurdish guerrillas killed in Gumushane, in the provinces of Siirt and Hakakri: the heads were chopped off, eyes pulled out of his head and internal organs to pieces.
Against all this there are also specific provisions in Turkish legislation. Turkey is thus not only violates the Geneva Convention but also the actual law.
On the contrary, all the soldiers and members of Turkish security forces, said they were treated by the guerrillas in full compliance with the Geneva Convention.
